RULES

Important Information Before Booking

  • The facility uses self-check-in via tablet, and a passcode is required for entry.
  • Instructions for check-in and entry will be sent to your registered email address upon booking or via the chatbox on the reservation platform by 12:00 PM the day before your check-in date. Please ensure you check your email. If you don’t receive it, please contact us by 6:00 PM on your check-in day.

About the Facility

  • The entire facility is non-smoking.
  • Staff will be unavailable from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day.
  • Showers, toilets, and washrooms are shared with other guests.
  • There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep, so please be cautious with large luggage.
  • This is a hostel with limited amenities and no soundproofing.
  • No dangerous items are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed (except service animals).
  • Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM.
  • Follow kitchen rules, keeping the area clean.
  • Turn off air conditioning and lights after using shared spaces.

  1. You can access the guest area and your room after check-in. (Check-in hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.)
  2. Please enter the building by inputting the entrance key code on the keyless door lock at the 1st-floor guest entrance (the door on the right as you face the building).
  3. Please walk up the stairs and proceed to the 2nd-floor entrance.
  4. Self-check-in is via tablet
    Please enter your check-in code on the tablet located at the 2nd-floor entrance, or scan the QR code to check in. Once completed, you can view your room number and entry instructions on the tablet.
    You will also receive an email with the access instructions, but it’s recommended to take a photo of the on-screen instructions.
    Register your guest information in advance for smoother check-in.
  5. You can enter your room by entering the room key code on the keyless door lock.

  2. Please check out via tablet using the check-in code.
  3. Please make sure all of your belongings are with you when checking out.
Policies
  • Children under elementary school age cannot stay, even with a guardian.
  • Guests under 18 must submit a parental consent form by email before the day of check-in.

  • Please bring your own sleepwear, comb, hairbrush, facial wash, and skincare items.

Luggage Storage

Before Check-in
  • If you plan to send your luggage via courier, please contact us by email before shipping.
    We may not be able to receive your luggage depending on the delivery date and time.
    Cash on delivery is not accepted.
    Packages sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.
On Check-in Day
  • We can store your luggage from 9:00 AM. Please ask the staff on the first floor.
  • Depending on the type of luggage, you may be directed to the luggage room on the second floor, so please allow extra time in your schedule.
During Your Stay
  • Luggage Room:
    Large suitcases that don’t fit in the dormitory room can be stored in the luggage room.
    Though a free wire lock will be provided, please remember to secure your luggage.
    Guests are responsible for their own belongings, and the facility cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.
  • Valuables Locker (Dormitory Only):
    Each dormitory bed is equipped with a valuables locker.
    Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables.
After Check-out
  • After check-out, we can store your luggage in the coworking space on the first floor until 6:00 PM on the same day.
  • Luggage storage is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.There will be no staff available from 6:00 PM onwards.
  • If you would like to store your luggage, please bring it to the first floor.
    If you’re returning to retrieve your luggage later than 6:00 PM, please make sure to contact us by 5:00 PM.
