Travel and Work with More Freedom.
"Kotori" started as a tourist information center in Kotohira, Kagawa Prefecture, welcoming travelers from around the world, has now re-launched as "Kotori Coworking & Hostel," a co-living facility designed for remote workers and digital nomads. While retaining the essence of offering deep, local experiences, we aim to foster global friendships and co-creation through the coworking space, open not only to guests but also to local players.
Point.1
Comfort & Convenience — From Short Stays to Long-Term Living
With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and free laundry, the space is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. Located within walking distance of public transportation, convenience stores, and shopping streets, it offers ease for both daily life and travel. Guests also enjoy free access to the coworking space from 9:00 AM on check-in day to 6:00 PM on check-out day. With high-speed Wi-Fi, private meeting rooms, and additional sub-monitors available, the space is ideal for remote work and business travel.

Point.2
More Than a Stay — A Place to Connect
Whether you're looking for local tips, travel advice, or a good conversation, there’s always someone to connect with. Our community manager is here to help you meet fellow travelers and local coworking members, making you feel right at home.

Point.3
The Perfect Base for Exploring Kotohira and Beyond
Just steps away from Konpira Shrine and its charming temple town, the location is ideal for discovering the heart of Kotohira. It also offers easy access to some of Kagawa and Shikoku’s top sights — from Chichibugahama’s mirror-like sunsets, to the dramatic gorges of Iya and Oboke, to the art-filled islands of the Seto Inland Sea. Spend less time commuting and more time enjoying your journey.

A 6-minute walk from Kotoden "Kotohira Station," the hostel opened in February 2024 on the main street leading to Kotohira Shrine, affectionately known as "Konpira-san." The area is lively during the day with restaurants and souvenir shops, while at night it becomes quiet, offering a relaxing stay while enjoying sightseeing.
Located a 7-minute walk from Kotoden "Kawaramachi Station," with convenience stores, supermarkets, and shopping streets within a 3-minute walk. The area is filled with restaurants and situated in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road, making for a peaceful stay.
Enjoy Your Stay in the Town, Connect with the Kotori Community
